RISE Comedy Membership Rules & Regulations

These Rules and Regulations (“Terms”) govern membership in RISE Comedy, located in Denver, Colorado. By purchasing or maintaining a membership, the Member agrees to the following:

1. Membership Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
   • Membership fees are non-refundable.
     
   • Membership may be canceled at any time by written notice to [email protected].
     
   • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
     
2. Ticket Reservations and Admission
   • Upon enrollment, each Member will be issued a unique promotional code via email. Said code must be used to reserve show tickets and to access class discounts.
     
   • Use of the promotional code is subject to availability. RISE Comedy does not guarantee admission to sold-out performances if the Member has not reserved a ticket in advance.
     
   • RISE Comedy shall not be held liable for a Member’s failure to reserve tickets prior to a performance selling out.
     
3. Membership Card and On-Site Benefits
   • Members who do not reserve tickets online may present their valid membership card at the box office for admission, provided the performance has not sold out. Admission under these circumstances shall be at the sole discretion of RISE Comedy.
     
   • Members may present their valid membership card at the bar to receive discounts on eligible beverages. Such discounts apply to both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and are subject to applicable Colorado state and local laws and regulations.
     
   • RISE Comedy reserves the right to verify membership status at any time and to deny benefits to individuals unable to present a valid membership card or identification.
     
4. General Provisions
   • Memberships are non-transferable and may be used only by the individual(s) named on the account.
     
   • RISE Comedy reserves the right to modify or terminate membership benefits, pricing, or these Terms at any time, in compliance with Colorado law.
     
   • Continued use of membership benefits after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
     

Authorization for Recurring Charges

• By enrolling in a RISE Comedy Membership, the Member expressly authorizes RISE Comedy to automatically charge the Member’s designated payment method for the applicable membership fee on a recurring basis, according to the billing interval selected (e.g., monthly or annually), until such time as the Member cancels in accordance with these Terms.a
  
• The Member acknowledges and agrees that:The membership fee will be billed automatically and recurrently on the schedule disclosed at the time of enrollment;
  
• Charges will continue until the Member affirmatively cancels the membership;The cancellation policy has been clearly and conspicuously disclosed to the Member prior to purchase; and
  
• By providing payment information and completing enrollment, the Member has provided express informed consent to such recurring charges in compliance with the Colorado Automatic Renewal Law (C.R.S. § 6-1-732).
  
• The Member further acknowledges receipt of a written confirmation, delivered electronically at the time of enrollment, that sets forth the automatic renewal terms, the cancellation policy, and the method by which the Member may cancel.
