IMPROV 301 (Sundays 6/7-7/19 @11am)
In Level 301 students will get an introduction to playing character in improv.
You’ll learn the basics of how to get into character and sustain one and explore point of view. Students will learn how to use characters in scenes and with their scene partners. This level will prepare you for 501, which is Advanced Character.

Instructor: Aurelia Vanderkolk has been performing and teaching improv and theater for over 20 years. At the age of 9 she made her acting debut as the Unicorn in a community theater production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
Hailing from Indiana, she was a troupe member and educator with INDYPROV in Indianapolis, IN for 9 years. In 2021 she joined Laugh Track, RISE’s short form house team. Aurelia became an instructor at RISE to continue her passion of helping others gain confidence and a love for improv! When not at the theater she likes practicing yoga and snuggling with her dog, Poppy.
