Discover the Transformative Power of Presence and Play for Personal Growth.
Stress and disconnection have become the norm. We need meaningful ways to
reconnect—with ourselves and others. By tapping into our innate creativity,
we can reignite passion, heal, and activate our purpose.
Yes And Meets Your Authentic Self
Through interactive games, and mindful exercises, you’ll learn tools to mitigate stress,
improve confidence, and connect more deeply. All you need is the willingness to play and
explore.
This gathering will leave you feeling centered, creative, and confident in a safe,
non-judgmental space to reset, recharge, and “improv-yourself.”
Let’s grow together, one breath, one laugh, one “yes and” at a time.
What to Expect:
● Fun, easy improv games (no acting required!)
● Guided mindfulness and reflection activities
● Laughter, connection, and fun (no pressure to be funny or perform)
● A 3-hour reset, not a rehearsal
What You”ll Get Out of It:
● Practical tools for staying present
● Improved communication skills
● Increased confidence
● New ways to manage stress
● A boost in creativity and spontaneity
What To Bring:
● A notebook if you want to take notes
● Water and a snack
● A warm layer in case you get cold
● Comfortable clothing you can move in
Disclaimers:
● This workshop is designed for educational and experiential purposes only. We will not provide
any form of medical diagnoses, therapeutic advice, or counseling.
